SURGICAL CONSULTATIONS
There is a $75.00 administration fee that is required when your surgical consultation is scheduled. If you decide to have a surgical procedure, that fee will be taken off the balance of your surgery. This administration fee does not apply to Surgi-Spa visits.
PRICING
We do not provide pricing prior to a consultation. Each person has their own individual needs, therefore pricing will be determined when Dr. English meets with you during your personalized consultation.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Our office is located in Suite 950 of the Medical Towers II Building. Medical Towers II is on the Baptist Medical Center Campus, which is accessible by taking Baptist Medical Center Exit from Interstate 630. When you approach the three-way stop, turn left onto Baptist Health Drive. Medical Towers II is the second building on the right, located near the outpatient service entrance. For our patients’ convenience, a parking deck is adjacent to the Medical Towers II Building. Please park in lot P9 for nearest access; scan the QR code below for directions.
