If no, why did you only consider our office? I guess I liked the "down to earth" sound of a surgeon named Jim English: and you were one of two or three the little girl on the referral line suggested me.

III. NURSING STAFF AND SURGERY SCHEDULING

E. What do you think about the pre-operative package and post-op instructions? Both pre and post were as professional as I've ever experienced.

B. Did your pre and post-operative care meet your needs?
Perfectly-I was very happy to have their calls all the first weekend and even beyond, to check and see if I was doing OK.

C. How do you feel about your surgical result? very happy

D. Is there anything your surgeon could have done to improve your experience? I can't think of one thing! I was very impressed with a lab report during surgery and in general Dr. English's confident and caring manner. Thanks!

V. FOLLOW UP
A. If there were a need for you to have plastic surgery again, would you return to our office? Yes, I would drive down here from Wisconsin. That's what an impression you folks made on me!
