A:  With today's techniques, the results should last a life time.  It is my responsibility as your surgeon to pick you up on the escalator of time and transport you backwards.  The more procedures you have at once, the further back on the the escalator you are placed and the escalator doesn't move any faster or slower.  For expample, if you are 55 and you are set back to look 45, then when you are 65, you should look like you are 55.  If you have more done in the interim, you can look even younger.
