YOUR CONSULTATION
During your breast augmentation consultation with Dr. English, you will want to talk about your desired breast size, shape, and contour and whether you prefer to have the implants placed under the muscle or over:
• Placing a breast implant under the muscle usually results in softer and more natural-looking breasts both standing and lying down;
• If you already have more natural breast tissue, breast implants placed over the muscle will look natural, and involve a faster and less painful recovery.
You will also want to consider whether you would like to have saline breast implants or silicone breast implants. Both will give you beautiful results, and Dr. English will discuss these options with you at your consultation.
